Body Rocking is a gentle side-to-side movement that helps many people reduce stress, feel safer, and become more aware of the connection between their emotions and bodily sensations. By creating a calmer state, people are often better able to identify emotions linked to stressful or traumatic experiences. For some, these insights are associated with significant improvements in wellbeing and long-standing symptoms. Body Rocking is designed to create the conditions for self-awareness and healing—not to replace professional medical or psychological care where it is needed.

Rather than explaining everything at once, we could have three very short sections:

  • What you'll experience – gentle rocking, feeling calmer, clearer thinking.

  • What we've observed – case studies and client experiences.

  • What research tells us – what is scientifically established about stress, the nervous system, and body awareness, alongside what is still being explored.
