Hi Neill Kennedy here again.

Stress is described by the World Health Organisation as the health epidemic of the 21st century and Harvard medical school, and others, estimate  that up to 90 percent of peoples’ health issues are stress related.  John Sarno a former Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at the New York University of medicine, accepts that emotions play a role in all aspects of health and illness. In his New York times Best Seller "Healing Back Pain"  he explains how to identify stress and other psychological factors that cause neck, shoulder and lower back problems. He explains how to heal yourself  beginning today.

Our website is focused on showing you a diagram which shows the relationship between the cause and effect of stress in your life_Your Stress Signature. Make use of  body rocking(BR) to create space in your body and mind, and you have some simple powerful tools to beginn your healing journey.

There are many illnesses asociated with STRESS including anxiety and panic attacks, chronic fatique, chest, neck and back pain, PTSD and other more serious illnesses. Such  symptoms occur when we are Over Whelmed (see below). However, some stress is essential in our lives because it is the mechanism by which our brain prepares our body for survival-the fight or flight phenomenon.

I have developed this; “Your Stress Signature”,

It is a simple yet powerful way to help you manage stress in your life, and the people around you and even your pets. When you can measure anything, you can then manage it.

I use Body Rocking (BR), another one of the ways used to ease stress, something that came from our mother’s instictive rocking of their babies. Because it is locked in our subconscious, and as we age the feelings of being safe and comforted still remain and as we either rock ourselves or family and friends. It is also a powerful tool as it helps to relax your body allowing your brain to reset itself!

This video below guides you through BR.
